What You Need To Know

  • Customers have the choice to take add-ons for one time only (30 days) or as a recurrent Add-on each month.
  • One-time Add-on will be active for 30 days only.
  • Recurrent Add-on will auto renew every calendar month until termination.
  • One-time Add-ons are charged at full price and give full allowance valid till next billing cycle.
  • Recurring Add-ons are charged pro-rated price with pro-rated allowance and aligned to next bill cycle.

  • You can activate your add-on through Ooredoo App, or send an SMS to 114 with the following short word to activate as one time add-on:

    • LD15 – to activate data pack 15
    • LD30 – to activate data pack 30
    • LD50 – to activate data pack 50
    • LD100 – to activate data pack 100
    • LD150 – to activate data pack 150

What You Need To Know


  • Data Packs work only for data within Qatar.
  • The validity of Data Pack QR 15 and above is excluding activation day.
  • The remaining data allowance from Data Pack QR 15 and above will be carry forwarded in case of successful renewal.
  • The remaining data allowance will be forfeited in case of unsuccessful renewal.
  • Customers cannot activate multiple packs at one point of time of QR 15 and above however Data Pack 5 and 10 can be activated multiple times.
  • Customer can deactivate Data Pack 20 and above instantly in case they don’t have any remaining data allowance in their account and can activate another pack immediately. The customer will also lose the benefit of out of bundle rates in case of instant deactivation.

  • Login in to the Ooredoo App and select “manage plan”
  • From the subscription tab select (Add-ons)
  • Choose the pack you prefer to activate
  • Review and accept terms and conditions
  • Fill in the OTP code which will be sent to your phone number
  • Enjoy the ultimate Ooredoo Add-ons!
  • Go to “My Ooredoo” to login in to the Ooredoo Website and select “manage plan”
  • From the subscription tab select (Add-ons)
  • Choose the pack you prefer to activate
  • Review and accept terms and conditions
  • Fill in the OTP code which will be sent to your phone number
  • Enjoy the ultimate Ooredoo Add-ons!
